This Pot Call is laminated Amazon Rosewood/Redheart, with Maple stripes. Amazon Rosewood, native to South America, is a richly colored hardwood known for its striking reddish-brown hues with dark streaks and a fine, even texture. Dense and naturally oily, it is highly valued for its tonal qualities, Amazon Rosewood is commonly used in musical instruments, fine furniture, veneers, and decorative inlays, prized for its beauty and workability in high-end projects. Amazon rosewood was restricted from import by CITES in 2017 and is therefore nearly impossible to find. 

Redheart, native to Central and South America, is a vibrant hardwood known for its striking, bright reddish-pink hue that can deepen to a richer, darker red over time with exposure to light and air. It has a fine, uniform texture with a typically straight grain, although occasional interlocking may occur. Redheart is sought after for its eye-catching color and versatility in fine woodworking projects.

The surface is Black Anodized Aluminum, the soundboard is Glass. Awesome looking and sounding call.
