This is a hand turned beautiful piece of Honduras Rosewood. Honduras Rosewood is an exotic wood with pinkish brown or purplish with darker and lighter bands. The combination of colors and streaks gives the wood a very attractive appearance, it has a Janka rating of 2200. No 2 pieces of this wood ever look the same, it has beautiful grain patterns and color. This would was recently restricted by CITES, it will rise in price and become harder to find as time goes by.
Cannot ship out of the United States dur to be classified as a Rosewood, which is internationally restricted to sell across a border.
